Volunteer your time

Can you volunteer time to assist agencies in Waterloo Region to welcome refugees? If you would like to volunteer, contact the Volunteer Action Centre. Organizations are currently preparing positions for anyone who wants to volunteer. The Volunteer Action Centre is creating a special mailing list that you can join to get the latest information on volunteer opportunities as soon as they become available through our local organizations.

Medical support

We are looking for family doctors, paediatricians, dentists, etc. who are able to take on refugee clients and accept Interim Federal Health Insurance. Contact the Waterloo Wellington LHIN at 519-650-4472, .
